HXDETAILING LIMITED TRADING AS HXDETAILING

1. Eligibility

• To qualify for an HX Detailing Membership, your vehicle must first receive our Royal Treatment Detail (valued at $349.99) prior to activation.

• Memberships are vehicle-specific and cannot be transferred to other cars without prior approval.

• HX Detailing reserves the right to decline membership applications for vehicles that require excessive restoration work (e.g., heavy oxidation, deep scratches, or extensive interior damage).

2. Membership Plans & Inclusions

• Memberships operate on a weekly subscription basis, with payments starting from the sign-up date.

• Membership inclusions (e.g., 2 Deluxe Details per month) are non-transferable and cannot be “banked” or accumulated unless specified in your plan.

• Any additional services or upgrades (e.g., cut & polish, ceramic coating, headlight restoration) will be charged separately but may include member discounts.

3. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed automatically on a weekly basis via your nominated payment method.

• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your membership until outstanding balances are cleared.

• Prices are subject to change, but HX Detailing will provide at least 30 days’ notice before making adjustments.

4. Fair Usage Policy (Prevents Abuse)

To maintain membership value and sustainability:

• Membership plans include up to 2 scheduled Deluxe Details per calendar month.

• Unused appointments do not roll over unless stated in your plan.

• Excessive bookings beyond plan inclusions will be charged at a discounted member rate.

• HX Detailing reserves the right to review and adjust membership usage if it exceeds reasonable limits.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your membership at any time with 14 days’ written notice via email or text.

• No refunds are provided for partial weeks or unused services.

• In the event of early cancellation within the first 3 months, HX Detailing reserves the right to charge for any free or discounted services already used at standard pricing.

6. Appointment Policy

• All bookings must be scheduled in advance via our booking system or by contacting HX Detailing directly.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in a $50 late cancellation fee.

• No-shows will count as a used service for that month.

7. Vehicle Condition

• Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, sand, or stains may incur a surcharge, as these require additional time and products.

• HX Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle condition exceeds the agreed membership scope.

8. Membership Suspension & Termination

HX Detailing reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if:

• There is evidence of abuse, fraudulent activity, or reselling of services

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows occur

• Payment defaults remain unresolved after two attempts

9. Liability & Disclaimer

• HX Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or deterioration caused by wear and tear.

• While we take the utmost care, membership services are provided as-is, and HX Detailing’s liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in an HX Detailing Membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that HX Detailing reserves the right to amend them at any time with prior notice.
