### Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

#### Faulty or Defective Products

If your product is faulty, defective, or does not meet the acceptable quality standards outlined by the Consumer Guarantees Act, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly offer to repair, replace, or refund the item at no extra cost to you.

To assist us in processing your claim quickly, please provide:

* A clear description and, if possible, photos showing the fault or defect

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.

#### Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the item at no additional charge.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome and process your refund or replacement as appropriate.

### Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

### Shipping Costs

* If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs.

* For other cases (e.g., if an exception is made outside of our standard policy), return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

### Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. You are entitled to remedies under these laws if products do not meet the guarantees outlined.
