1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services and products offered by HXDetailing Limited trading as HXDetailing (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our mobile car detailing services or purchasing from our online shop, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope
These Terms cover:
  • Mobile Detailing Services in Auckland, New Zealand.

  • Online Shop Purchases, including automotive care products.

3. Bookings, Orders & Payment
  • Detailing Services: Book via our website, phone, or email. Full payment is required on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may incur a 10% surcharge per day until the invoice is settled.
  • Shop Purchases: Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payment in full is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Detailing Services)
  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur up to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • We may also need to reschedule or cancel due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen conditions. We aim to advise 24 hours prior to booked service

5. Product Information & Use
  • We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but slight variations may occur. We do not guarantee that websites visuals match the delivered item exactly.

  • Products are intended for automotive use only per provided instructions; we are not liable for misuse or failure to follow directions.

6. Shipping & Delivery (Shop)
  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery times vary based on location and courier; we are not liable for delays beyond our control.

  • Ownership transfers to you upon full payment; risk transfers upon delivery.

7. Customer Responsibilities (Detailing)
  • Ensure safe, legal, and accessible space for service.

  • Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle; we are not responsible for loss or damage to items left behind.

8. Satisfaction, Claims & Liability
  • If unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours to address your concerns. We will rectify concern free of charge.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or defects. Mechanical or electrical failures coinciding with service are not our responsibility.

  • Our staff are trained and insured; if damage is caused by us, we will assess and respond appropriately. Claims must include proof and be made within 48 hours of service completion

  • 9. Additional Fees (Detailing)
Extra charges may apply for:
  • Vehicles in excessively dirty condition
  • Pet hair removal
  • Oversized vehicles
  • Travel outside North West & North Auckland.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon publication.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to New Zealand jurisdiction hxdetailing.co.nz.
